Calif. Court Seals Documents Involving Request to Re-open Deposition

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Shortly after denying defense efforts to re-open a welding fume plaintiff's deposition to inquire about past drug use, a California judge granted the plaintiff's motion to seal all the documents filed in the request.
