OAKLAND, Calif. -- Shortly after denying defense efforts to re-open a welding fume plaintiff's deposition to inquire about past drug use, a California judge granted the plaintiff's motion to seal all the documents filed in the request. In re: Welding Products Cases; King, et al. v. BOC Financial Corp., et al.; No. JCCP004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
