Ohio Plaintiff Voluntarily Dismisses Employer Defendants

CLEVELAND -- Ohio welding fume plaintiffs have voluntarily dismissed several employer defendants, including some that had recently filed a summary judgment motion claiming that the plaintiff could not prove that his employers knowingly exposed him to dangerous welding fumes.
