CLEVELAND -- Ohio welding fume plaintiffs have voluntarily dismissed several employer defendants, including some that had recently filed a summary judgment motion claiming that the plaintiff could not prove that his employers knowingly exposed him to dangerous welding fumes. In re: Welding Rod Civil Actions Products Liability Litigation, No. 531703; Boyd, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. CV-04-545413 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
