GREENVILLE, Miss. - A Mississippi silica case that was re-filed five years after it was initially brought in state court has been set for trial, but at least two of the defendants named in the second case that weren't named in the first have filed a motion to dismiss the case. Watkins v. Bob Schmidt Inc., et al., No. 07-91 (N.D. Miss.).
