Pulmosan Ruling Reveals Notice Failures, Evidence Destruction

HOUSTON - The state silica MDL judge who last month ruled that a former sandblaster could pursue his claim against Pulmosan Safety Equipment Corp. in Texas has issued a 20-page Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law supporting the decision.
