Discovery Continues in MDL Case Scheduled for Jan. 2008 Trial in Miss.

CLEVELAND -- An agreed case management order has been entered in a pending welding fume federal MDL case that is scheduled for an early 2008 trial in Mississippi. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation; MDL No. 1535; Jowers, et al. v. Airgas-Gulf States Inc., et al., No. 07-17010 (N.D. Ohio).
