CLEVELAND -- An Ohio judge has denied a motion to reconsider an order in which the court dismissed all welding fume claims against certain defendants, but has granted the plaintiff's motion to make the language of the order final and appealable. In re: Welding Rod Civil Actions Products Liability Litigation; Boyd, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 545413 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
