Court Denies Attempt to Obtain Access to Additional Medical Records

BILLINGS, Mont. -- A federal court has denied a defense attempt to obtain access to additional medical records of a welding fume plaintiff who alleges that exposure to the fumes caused his skeletal problems. Reynolds v. Hobart Brothers Co., et al., No. 06-02-BLG-RFC (D. Mont.).
In the June 20 order, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana ruled that if the defendants want additional discovery from the plaintiffs, they will need to serve the appropriate requests.
"Plaintiff has provided all documents related to Plaintiff's health or education that have been requested by Defendants in discovery," the court said. …
