Parties Attempt to Schedule Group 2 Trial Dates in California

OAKLAND, Calif. -- In a June 22 joint case management conference statement filed in the California Superior Court for Alameda County, the parties have proposed trial schedules for the state's Group 2 cases in light of the plaintiffs' decision to dismiss several cases that had previously been proposed as trial candidates. In re: Welding Products Cases, No. JCCP 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
