CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs in the remaining MDL Duke Power cases have opposed a motion to dismiss their claims, refuting the defendants' suggestion that dismissal with prejudice is justified because the plaintiffs opted to choose other cases for upcoming trials. In Re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535; Beheler v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 06-17204; Carriker v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 06-17205; Steelman v.
