Plaintiffs Oppose Motion to Dismiss of Remaining Duke Power Cases

CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs in the remaining MDL Duke Power cases have opposed a motion to dismiss their claims, refuting the defendants' suggestion that dismissal with prejudice is justified because the plaintiffs opted to choose other cases for upcoming trials.
