CLEVELAND -- Defendants have filed a reply brief supporting their motion to require Ohio welding fume plaintiffs to produce a valid diagnosis of a neurological injury, saying the plaintiffs have not offered a "valid reason or legal argument" that would successfully defeat the motion.
