Lung Cancer Case Gets Preferential Setting, Leads Calif. Trial Schedule

OAKLAND, Calif. - The first of four California silica cases set for trial over the next 12 months is expected to get underway in October after counsel sought an expedited trial date because the plaintiff was recently told he has six months to live.
