Graycor Industrial Constructors Dismissed from Ohio Suit




CLEVELAND -- Graycor Industrial Constructors has been dismissed from an Ohio welding fume case without prejudice, according to the court's docket. Boyd v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. CV-04-545413 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).

The dismissal took place in a case brought by Joseph Boyd, whose trial is scheduled for September 2007 before Justice Francis E. Sweeney of the Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County. The dismissal notice was entered on May 21.

Justice Sweeney recently ruled on summary judgments pending in the case, awarding summary judgment to the defendants on failure to warn claims. See …
