NEW ORLEANS -- The Louisiana Supreme Court has refused to review a trial court decision allowing the joinder of several plaintiffs to four welding fume cases, according to the court's docket. Bayles v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 07-CC-0534; Addison, et al. v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 07-CC-0533; Andre, et al. v. A.O. Smith, Barras, et al. v. A.O. Smith, et al., No. 07-CC-0535 (La. Sup. Ct.).
On June 1, the defendants' writs of supervisory review applications were listed in the court's docket as denied.
