CLEVELAND -- An Ohio judge has issued three separate orders dismissing all claims against manufacturing defendants in a welding fume case, opining that the defendants cannot be held liable for their participation in trade organizations. In re: Welding Rod Civil Actions Products Liability Litigation; Boyd, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 545413 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
