Defendants Reply Brief Due in Document Product Dispute

MT. VERNON, Ill. -- The defendants who won an Illinois welding fume trial verdict that was later reversed had until June 29 to file their reply brief, the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court told HarrisMartin. Winterman v. BOC Group, et al., No. 5-06-0679 (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).

The plaintiffs were to have filed their response brief on June 11, the court said. The appeal arises out of a trial court's award of a new trial on discovery violations.
