PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Plaintiffs in one Mississippi county circuit court had until early June to submit to the court detailed information about the medical evaluations that eventually led them to file their silica-related complaints. In Re: Jackson County, Mississippi Silica Cases, n/a (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).

The information was expected to be submitted by plaintiffs 60 days after Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Robert P. Krebs entered a sua sponte order April 4, requiring production of data based on more than a dozen specific questions.
