Court Order Sets Schedule for Ohio 'Impaired' Silica Docket

CLEVELAND - Two months after more than 500 silica cases were administratively dismissed from the Ohio state silica docket, a judge has granted a defense motion that urged the court to adopt new case management schedules for impaired plaintiffs.
