CLEVELAND - Two months after more than 500 silica cases were administratively dismissed from the Ohio state silica docket, a judge has granted a defense motion that urged the court to adopt new case management schedules for impaired plaintiffs. In re: All Silica Cases, No. 073958S (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
