NEW ORLEANS -- Two cases recently filed in Louisiana alleging exposure at various military posts have been transferred to the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL in Ohio. Bayles, et al. v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 07-3197; Addison, et al., v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 07-3198 (E.D. La.).
On July 16, an order was entered in a multi-plaintiff complaint filed by Robert Bayles, noting the transfer of both his lawsuit and that of Howell Addison, another multi-plaintiff complaint.
