Defendants: Withheld Documents Didn't Impact Trial Outcome

MT. VERNON, Ill. -- Defendants who won an Illinois welding fume trial claim in their appellate petition that the trial court's award of a new trial on discovery violations should be reversed because the documents allegedly withheld would not have changed the outcome of the trial.
