OAKLAND, Calif. -- In a recent case management order, the judge overseeing California's coordinated welding fume docket pushed back the first scheduled trial by two weeks and set the order of the second group of cases slated to be tried. In re: Welding Product Cases, No. JCCP 004368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
On May 10, Judge Bonnie L. Sabraw of the Alameda County Superior Court also asked the parties to propose venue options for the second trial group.
