ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Judges in two Missouri welding fume cases have issued scheduling orders detailing trial dates and future witness designations, sources told HarrisMartin. White v. Alloy Rods Corp., No. 22042-08827; Fishback v. A.O. Smith, et al., No. 22052-09895 (Mo. 22nd Jud. Cir., City of St. Louis).

In a May 7 agreed trial and scheduling order, Judge Steven Ohmer outlined requirements relating to depositions, witness designations and trial preparation in White. Judge Evelyn M. Baker issued a similar order in Fishback also on May 7.
