MT. VERNON, Ill. -- Parties in an Illinois welding fume case are awaiting an oral argument hearing on whether a trial court wrongfully granted a motion for new trial in a case that ended in a defense verdict. Winterman v. BOC Group, et al., No. 5-06-0679 (Ill. App. Ct., 5th Dist.).
Sources in the Illinois 5th District Appellate Court said that oral argument has yet to be scheduled.
