Welding Distributor Backs Complaint Against Manufacturing Defendants

HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- A distributor of welding material has filed a motion for summary judgment in an indemnification lawsuit, saying that it is only named in underlying welding fume litigation because it was an innocent seller of the manufacturing defendants' products.
