HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- A distributor of welding material has filed a motion for summary judgment in an indemnification lawsuit, saying that it is only named in underlying welding fume litigation because it was an innocent seller of the manufacturing defendants' products. Columbia Welding Service Inc. v. The BOC Group Inc., et al. No. 2:06-cv-128 (S.D. Miss.).
