AUSTIN, Texas - A Texas medical board has announced that a doctor initially responsible for diagnosing thousands of plaintiffs with silica-related diseases will no longer be permitted to practice medicine in the state. In the Matter of the License of Raymond Anthony Harron, M.D., No. C-9439 (Texas Medical Board).
According to a statement issued April 18 by the Texas Medical Board, Dr. Raymond A. Harron of La Marque, Texas, entered into an agreement a week ago that prohibits him from practicing medicine in the period before his current license expires in May.
