ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- The trial of a Missouri plaintiff's welding fume claims has been moved to an unspecified time at the plaintiff's request, sources told HarrisMartin. White v. Alloy Rods Corp., No. 22042-08827 (Mo. 22nd Jud. Cir. Ct., St. Louis Cty.).
The Missouri 22nd Judicial Circuit Court for St. Louis County's docket notes that on March 8, Craig White's motion to continue the scheduled March 26 trial was granted. The case will be reset by the court within 60 days, the docket states.
