CLEVELAND -- Parties in an Ohio state court welding fume case are waiting for a ruling on summary judgment motions filed by the manufacturing defendants named in the lawsuit, sources told HarrisMartin. Boyd v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. CV-04-545413 (Ohio Ct. Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
Oral arguments pertaining to the motions took place on Dec. 12, 13 and 14 before Justice Francis E. Sweeney of the Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Cuyahoga County.
