GREENVILLE, Miss. - A Mississippi mixed dust lawsuit has been sent to the MDL after defendants argued that the asbestos- and silica-related claims were misjoined in an effort to hamper the asbestos defendants' right to keep the case in a federal forum. Dean v. 3M, et al., No. 06-142 (N.D. Miss.).
