CLEVELAND -- The defendants in the Welding Fume Litigation MDL have been given 30 days to submit a written discovery certification, which will indicate that their discovery production is complete. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

The requirement was outlined in an April 3 order by Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and was in response to plaintiff concerns that defendants would not adequately respond to discovery requests.
