3M Seeks Writ to Vacate Silica MDL Discovery Orders

HOUSTON - 3M has asked a Texas appeals court to issue a writ of mandamus and vacate orders entered by the state silica MDL that deal with disclosure of defendants' insurance policy limits and potentially sensitive internal documents and its right to object to requests for other information.
