CLEVELAND -- The court overseeing the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation has remanded the claims of 186 plaintiffs to the West Virginia state court where they were originally filed. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

In a March 19 order, Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio granted the stipulated order to remand the cases that were once part of a 3,000-plaintiff lawsuit filed in West Virginia.
