PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Air compressor defendants in two Mississippi state court silica cases have been awarded summary judgment after arguing that 12 judges in four states have recently granted similar motions on grounds that the companies have no duty to warn of silica dust hazards associated with using their products for sandblasting.
