OAKLAND - A state court judge has applied a recent decision requiring plaintiffs to submit additional details about their silica claims to 10 pilot cases chosen to proceed first through discovery in California. Bradley v. A-1 Aggregates, No. RG05214038 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
