Judge's Interview of 2 Jurors Accused of Misconduct Postponed

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- A judge who indicated his intent to interview two jurors who plaintiffs contend wrongfully engaged in phone and e-mail conversations during deliberations in welding fume trial is currently overseeing a Vioxx trial and is not expected to conduct the interviews until that trial is completed, sources told HarrisMartin. Judge Daniel Stack of Illinois' Third Judicial Circuit Court for Madison County is overseeing the Vioxx trial, which began March 1 with oral arguments and is expected to end the week of March 26.
