LAUREL, Miss. - A plaintiff in a silica case must provide defendants with information related to an X-ray screening he attended prior to filing his complaint, even though he contends that a subsequent independent medical examination confirms that he is suffering from silicosis, a judge in Mississippi has ruled. Spratley v. Clark Sand Co., et al., No. CI-2004-61-SI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jones Cty.).
