Defendants Move to Dismiss Ohio Silica Cases

CLEVELAND - Defendants in the Ohio silica litigation are asking the court to throw out cases filed by plaintiffs' firms that failed to comply with a recent directive to identify which of their clients are alleging injuries that meet the court's impairment criteria.
