LOS ANGELES - Plaintiffs have opposed a motion to change venue filed in a California silica case, claiming that the moving defendants have no standing to complain about where the case was filed because none of them are residents in the county where they want the matter transferred. Beltran v. J.S. Simplot Co., et al., No. BC356257 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
