CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Four new welding fume lawsuits were filed in West Virginia recently, joining a number of claims pending in the state's courts. Barcus v. AIRCO, No. 06-C-265 (W.Va. Cir. Ct., Wayne Cty.).
Sources told HarrisMartin that three different law firms were involved with the filing of four new complaints in West Virginia Circuit Courts for Wayne, Putnam and McDowell Counties.
