MDL Plaintiffs Support Motions for Amendments, Evidentiary Rulings

CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation MDL have filed reply briefs supporting a motion to compel production of documents and a motion to file a master amendment to the pending claims. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio.).

On Jan. 9, the plaintiffs claimed in a U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio filing that the defendants were "being less than forthcoming in discovery."
