EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- A February hearing has been set for arguments in a motion for a new trial asserted by a welding fume plaintiff whose first trial ended in a defense verdict. Haskell v. BOC Group, et al., No. 04-L-1152 (Ill. 3rd Jud. Ct., Madison Cty.).
Sources told HarrisMartin that the hearing will be held Feb. 8 at 9:30 a.m. in the Illinois Third Judicial Circuit Court for Madison County. Sources said that the defendants have not yet responded to the motion for a new trial that contains allegations of juror misconduct.
