Miss. Court Slates Welding Fume Claims as 2nd Trial Setting in February

JACKSON, Miss. -- The claims of several Mississippi plaintiffs originally scheduled to proceed to trial in October have been slated as the second trial setting in February, sources told HarrisMartin. Smith, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. No. 05-001082 (Miss. Cir. Ct., Hinds Cty.).
Sources added that a hearing on the claims scheduled in the first trial setting in February were scheduled for Nov. 17. Upon a determination of the status of those claims, Judge Bobby Burt DeLaughter of the Hinds County (Miss.)
