Court Says Silica Plaintiffs' City Exposures Sufficient for Chosen Venue

LOUIS - Failure on the part of a silica plaintiff to plead proper venue in his original petition is not grounds for transferring the case to a nearby county when defendants failed to show that the cause of action accrued in a county other than where the case was filed, a state court judge has ruled.
