PASCAGOULA, Miss. - Defendants are urging a special master to move forward with the production of medical records related to an expert's evaluation of thousands of asbestos and silica plaintiffs, despite objections by non-party plaintiffs' attorneys who claim that making the documents available to defendants would violate state and federal mandates. Fairley v. Pulmosan Safety Equipment Co., et al., No. CI-2004-001-SI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
