3M Seeks Plaintiff's Missing 'Sensitive' Medical Records

LOS ANGELES - 3M Co. has filed a motion to compel medical records of a plaintiff who has sued the company for silica-related injuries, seeking the release of lab results from a hospital that refuses to part with them because of their sensitive nature. Mahar v. 3M Co., et al., No. BC328229 (Calif. Super. Ct., Los Angeles Cty.).
