OAKLAND, Calif. - A group of defendants has moved for judgment on the pleadings in nearly 50 silica cases they say are frivolous because the information provided by plaintiffs so far fails to implicate them in the circumstances that allegedly caused the plaintiffs' injuries. Bradley v. A-1 Aggregates, et al., No. RG05214038 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
