Calif. Judge Issues Discovery Deadlines for 2007 Trials

OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge overseeing California's Welding Product Cases has issued a case management order, setting deadlines and trial dates for the first three cases scheduled to proceed before a jury. Welding Product Cases. JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Sup. Ct., Alameda Cty.).

On Oct. 3, Judge Ronald A. Sabraw of the Alameda Superior Court issued the sixth case management order in California's Welding Product Cases, marking June 4, Aug. 20 and Nov. 5 trial dates for Robert Cole, Val King and Bay Bridge welder James Krudwig, respectively.

Since April, eight trial candidate plaintiffs have been undergoing full fact discovery. …
