Calif. Judge Says IHI Environmental's Bay Bridge Reports Not Privileged

OAKLAND, Calif. - The judge presiding over the Welding Product Cases in California has ruled that defendant IHI Environmental's reports relating to air samples collected during welding operations on the Bay Bridge are not subject to attorney-client privilege because they do not contain legal matters.
