2 State Welding Fume Cases Continued To 2007

CLEVELAND - Sources told HarrisMartin Publishing that two cases set for October trials in Ohio and Arkansas have been continued to 2007.

Sources were unsure of a reason for the continuances and said exact dates for trial have not yet been set.

Carroll, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. (No. CV 2005-164-5) and Marks, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al. (No. CV 04-903-5 (Ark. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.), a seven-plaintiff consolidated case, was originally scheduled for an Oct. 2 trial in Pine Bluff, Ark.
