Duke Power House Plaintiffs Seek Sanctions for Alleged Misconduct

CLEVLAND - The Duke Power House plaintiffs in the Welding Fume MDL are seeking a protective order and sanctions against the defendants, saying a defense-hired private investigator wrongfully inspected their property and questioned them without their counsel present.
