MDL Judge Seeks Answers Regarding Removal of X-rays

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Following months of relatively little activity, the federal silica MDL has recently come to life with Judge Janis Graham Jack demanding answers regarding the Texas Attorney General Office's recent removal of X-rays from the document depository.
