VICKSBURG, Miss. - Defendants remaining in a silica case slated for trial later this month have asked a state court judge to reconsider his recent decision denying their motion for summary judgment in which they argued that judicial estoppel precludes the plaintiff from arguing that her husband's lung cancer was caused by silica. Redditt v. American Optical Corp., et al., No. 04-0017CI (Miss. Cir. Ct., Warren Cty.).
